Yum Cha is a term in Cantonese means "drink tea" which is very popular in Hong Kong. For Hong Kong people, Yum Cha is a long tradition on weekend morning with whole families gathering to chat and eat Dim Sum with Chinese tea. Dim Sum is playing a leading role in Yum Cha. Dim Sum Culture stared from ancient China, but it become popular from Cantonese. Dim Sum are usually steamed or fried and may be savoury or sweet, such as shrimp dumplings, Sui Mai and spring role.
This experience is one hour cooking class for teaching 3 type of dim sum and one hour dim sum set meal.
