Once ticket is issued, we will be providing your Ticket Number in the service voucher. No ticket will be given at this time, physical ticket is with our contact person in Pier 1 which will be given to you on the travel date. Instructions will be given where you will go in Pier 1 to claim their ticket.

Q1: Do I have to indicate the date and time upon booking? Or I can indicate them on site.
A1: You have to provide the date and time for us to book ferry tickets for you beforehand.

Q2: If I miss the ferry, is my ticket still available?
A2: Yes, you can reschedule on site and it will be subject to availability. But you might have to pay rescheduling fee.
